'Homeland' Season 6 Premiere Date, Spoilers, Update: Quinn Is Alive, But Disabled; Dana Might Become CIA Officer?

In addition to talks that Quinn could be alive, it has been revealed that he is set to deal with physical or mental disability while Brody's daughter Dana might become a CIA officer in "Homeland" season 6.

According to Ecumenical News, Mandy Patinkin, who plays Saul Berenson in "Homeland" season 6, revealed during the People's Choice Award in February his expectations for the future of the series. He said that he hoped it went somewhere that made a profound statement about something broken in this world that in one's fictional perspective, adding that one might have a suggestion on how to set it right.

For Patinkin, he wanted to the social issues to be reflected in "Homeland."

Showtime programming president Gary Levine revealed that Quinn was severely damaged, according to the publication. As per the publication, Levine unveiled that should Quinn live, it would no longer be the same as before. Thus, it is probable for fans to see Quinn again, but in a changed state.

"Homeland" season 6 will also be set again in the United States, after season 5 brought fans to Germany.  It has been revealed that Homeland" would be set in New York; however, he stressed that it would not be throughout the entire season, according to Entertainment Weekly.

In other news "Homeland" showrunner and co-creator Alex Gansa teased the fans that Nicolas Brody's (Damian Lewis) daughter, Dana, who is played by Morgan Frances Saylor, could become a CIA officer. In his interview with Sioux City Journal, Gansa said that he was still interested in the Brody family, while they made grimaces across the web. He mentioned that it would be interesting if Dana had become a CIA officer.

"Homeland" is set to air in October on Showtime.
