Hollywood partners Joel Weldon and Tom Mgrdichian have announced the launch of their new Christian Music label Firma Music Group, and their debut release as Firma Collective, Songs for Every Soul, is out today, produced by Mgrdichian and mixed by legendary mixing engineer Brian Reeves.

According to Weldon and Mgrdichian, despite the grim tabloid reports out of Hollywood of never-ending morality meltdowns, there are still faithful Christ-followers working in the mainstream music, media, and movie industries based in the entertainment capital of the world. Considering themselves a part of that group, they have set out to connect entertainment industry talent to the local worship community to "create music that blesses the Church," resulting in their label Firma Music Group.

On Songs for Every Soul, Firma Collective have teamed up with powerful young worship leaders Lexi Jones and Matthew Scott, and the seven-track album features inspired new songs that the group believe will grab the attention of Christian music fans everywhere.

The debut radio single, and the album's opening track, "Mercy's Tree," was released to Christian radio formats on Tuesday via A-Sides Radio Promotion.

"When the Lord gave us this vision two years ago, we never thought it would create such a crazy buzz," says Weldon. "Professionals from L.A. and Hollywood joining with the local worship community to make music for the Savior? I'm sure to so many it seems like an unlikely partnership. But to us, it's totally natural. And we couldn't be more excited for the world to hear it!"

In order to fund the release of the project, Weldon and Mgrdichian earlier this year started a Kickstarter fund which managed to secure $14,075 from 133 backers, culminating in the album's release today.
