Hayden Christensen News: Actor Gushes Over Daughter with Rachel Bilson While Promoting Upcoming Film

'90 Minutes in Heaven' star Hayden Christensen recently had a sit-down interview on E! News with co-star Kate Bosworth talking about their upcoming highly anticipated film that is based on a true story. It was also the perfect time for a sit-down talk since Christensen has a lot of new things in his life for people to be updated in.

It has been previously reported that Christensen and long-time girlfriend and actress Rachel Bilson had a baby together. And although the two rarely talk about their private lives, the new parents started sharing a bit of their beautiful life and their bundle of joy with their social media followers.

Christensen also talked about his daughter during the interview, sharing how happy they are with their new bundle of joy. "I have this little angel in my life now and Rachel and I are so thrilled," he told E! News. "We don't sleep as much as we used to, but it's all so worth it," he added.

Indeed babies are a lot of work but it seems like Christensen is having the time of his life taking care of his daughter. He was even asked what the best part of being a father and the actor proudly said, "everything."

And speaking of family life, Christensen is playing a role that has a deep connection with family. Apparently, the film he is starring in '90 Minutes in Heaven' is about Don Piper, the character he plays who was pronounced dead after an unfortunate car crash.

When everyone thought that he had already passed, he surprisingly was able to come back to life an hour and a half later, but not before seeing heaven. The film was based on the best-selling novel and will premiere on September 11.

"The whole experience was a pretty intense one. Telling Don's story that his family went through was an emotional journey," Christensen shared. "When we started filming, we got into the thick of it and it was an intense experience."

Meanwhile Christensen's co-star, Bosworth adds, "Just to be in an intense, heavy scene and see [Don's family] actually live what we were replicating was pretty moving and inspiring and incredible."
