Gwen Stefani Tells 'Late Night' Host Her Youngest Son is a Miracle from God Her Older Son Kingston Prayed For [VIDEO]

Gwen Stefani shared her and her family's faith in God during a recent interview on 'Late Night with Seth Meyers'. The singer said her eldest son actually prayed relentlessly for a younger brother and just weeks later she found out she was having a "miracle" baby.

Stefani was on the late show promoting her new spot as a coach on 'The Voice' and earlier in the segment Stefani talked about the birth of her youngest son Apollo. "I had no idea I was going to have another baby, which is such a blessings it is so incredible," she said.

Stefani shared that her 8-year-old son Kingston was very instrumental in the fact that she had another baby. She said, "He has a direct link to God."

"He asked me, 'Mom, are you gonna have a baby? I want you to have a baby,'" she shared.

Stefani, being a working mother of two boys Kingston, and Zuma, 6, had no intention of having another child. She replied to her son, "I was like no, 'It's over...we're not having any more. This is our family.'"

Her son was not taking no for an answer. She then imitated her son, and told Meyers that he would close his eyes, clasp his hands and say, "'Dear God, please let my mom have a baby. Please, God! Please let my mom have a baby!'"

Stefani said her boy Kingston repeated this prayer every single night. "And four weeks later, I was pregnant!" she declared. When Stefani and her husband broke the news to their son he rejoiced and shouted, " 'Gasp... I prayed for that!!!'"

Meyers joked that Stefani must be scared whenever Kingston prays now. "He prays for everything," Stefani noted. "'Please, God, please let me have another cupcake... Yes!'"

The mother of three added, "He really believes."
