After the very intense 18^th episode of the hit series on ABC, 'Grey's Anatomy', new challenges will be faced by some of the characters in the series especially the newly reconciled Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd.

The two have patched things up last episode with Shepherd, played by actor Patrick Dempsey finally coming clean to Grey, played by Ellen Pompeo, about the mistake he made in kissing Renee Collier. While many thought that their relationship are good again, apparently, the next episode will show Grey's struggle in weighing on her relationship with Shepherd.

The title of the 19^th episode 'Crazy Love' speaks for itself as a lot of love problems between the characters in the show will be tackled and even a flashback of Shepherd and Grey's relationship in the past while they were still flirting each other as interns will be shown in the coming episode.

So as Grey struggles about forgiving Shepherd but still cannot fully erase what he did kissing Collier, Grey asks for the aid of Shepherd's sister Amelia Shepherd played by actress Caterina Scorscone as she herself struggles with her previous relationship with Owen Hunt.

In the next episode, Grey will be confronting Amelia asking her to weigh in on her relationship with Owen before it's too late since Hunt may break her heart. And in the promo clip, Amelia comes clean to her brother Shepherd saying, "I think I'm falling in love with Owen Hunt. I'm really afraid that it's going to destroy me."

"We are runner. I ran from my engagement, you ran from Addison. I think, after Dad, when something scares us, we sprint," Amelia added as she continues to be puzzled about her relationship. But what was shocking is that Amelia finally gives up and confronts Hunt saying, "I can't do this. This is a mistake."

The 19^th episode titled 'Crazy Love' will premiere on ABC at its usual timeslot Thursdays at 8:00 pm.
