Battle Rapper Datin Signs with Bizzle’s Label God Over Money After Turning Down Shady and Colombia Records (VIDEO)

God Over Money (G.O.M), headed by popular Christian Rapper Bizzle, was eager to share the signing of their newest artist on social media Wednesday and the decision was met with much praise.

Bizzle featured Datin on his latest album Well Wishes, which dropped July 22, and 100% of the profits from the album will go towards building water wells in Mozambique, Africa. Datin was featured on the collaborative record, but the now G.O.M. artist is gearing up to release music of his own album on his new label.

Rapzilla has featured Datin a number of times on their site. The New Jersey native was named one of the most "respected underground artists in Christian Hip Hop." Made known for his challenging lyrics, the emcee released the STYLWYLD Music/Tee-Wyla produced project "Turn It Off Vol.1.'. It was considered by many as one of the best free projects of the year.

Before coming to Christ, Datin became popular in the battle circuit. He's been rapping for years and appeals to both the Christian Hip-Hop and the mainstream industry.

Datin formally known as Triple D, is a former 106 & Park champ. One of his echoing missions is to tell the world to stop listening to destructive music and just "Turn It Off." Before becoming a Christian, he reportedly sold almost 10,000 mixtapes and has been wooed by some of the leading labels in the music industry.
