Acclaimed singer-songwriter Ginny Owens is kicking off the summer with her new single "Remind Me." The energetic pop song was co-penned by Owens, singer-songwriter Kolby Koloff, and acclaimed songwriter and producer Tyrus Morgan, and is airing on Christian AC and Hot AC/CHR formatted radio stations, and is releasing today on Spotify and Apple Music, as well as leading digital retailers.

Produced by Tyrus Morgan, the electronically-driven, upbeat song is anchored by Owens' fervent plea to never lose sight of the hope found in Christ. The first in a series of new singles coming from Owens, "Remind Me" puts the spotlight on God's faithfulness and unconditional love, no matter the circumstance.

Speaking about the story behind the new single, Owens shares that it is an "anthemic prayer, asking God to continue to bring to our minds his good news."

"The psalmists asked God to remind them that though our lives are fleeting (Psalm 39:4), his love is unfailing (Psalm 143:8)," Owens explains. "I keep learning that the more I know God's life-giving words of truth, the more I'm prone to remember his constant, unshakable love, even in the darkest moments."

With such defining hits as "If You Want Me To" and "Free," the multi-Dove Award-winning singer-songwriter, author, and speaker has become one of Christian music's most prolific artists. Since her debut in 1999 with the album Without Condition, Owens has released ten albums, three EPs, as well as a Christmas project, and her songs have been performed by acclaimed artists such as Michael W. Smith, JJ Heller, and Rachael Lampa.

Apart from her work as a Christian artist, Owens-who has been blind since age 3-is also the co-author of the book Transcending Mysteries: Who is God and What Does He Want From Us? and hosts the popular YouTube vlogs "Blind Chick Chronicles" and "How I See It."
