Galaxy Note 3 Release Date 2013 (September 4th), Will Samsung Beat Apple iPhone 5S to the Public?

Galaxy Note 3 might be just around the corner, according to a BGR report Friday. Samsung is looking to September 4th to unveil not only the Galaxy Note 3 but their first smartwatch effort.

Samsung might be trying to make a push to have the Galaxy Note 3 and their smartwatch available in stores before Apple can get their new iPhone 5S launched. Apple fans have been waiting and waiting for news of an official release date for the iPhone 5S but with no word yet.

It is assumed that the iPhone 5S will launch in September or October. So if Samsung does release the Galaxy Note 3 on September 4th, it would most likely put them ahead of the curve which could grab them some early momentum.

With the Galaxy Note 2 not even being out a year yet (released 9 months ago) the Note 3 would have to pack a considerable punch for them to make the switch so fast and they think it will.

The Galaxy Note 3 is expected to be a higher spec, larger device than the Note 2. It is expected to feature a 5.7-inch full-HD display with a resolution of 1,080 x 1,920-pixels, 3GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel camera, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and improved S Pen support. The Note 3 will also include a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor

Along with Apple's iPhone 5S, which is confirmed it will come with a fingerprint sensor now, HTC is working a 6-inch HTC One Max, that is expected to launch around the same time.

So this holiday season 2013, the smartphone market is going to be very competitive!

Which phone would you choose? The Galaxy Note 3, iPhone 5S or HTC One Max?
