'Final Fantasy 7' Remake Release Date, Rumors: Mini Games Going To Include ‘Chocobo,’ ‘Snow’ ‘G-Bike?’

"Final Fantasy VII" Remake is set to to blend game character dynamics, the game scenery, and some mini games into a picture that may leave fans thrilled with the upcoming game title.

In his interview with Gematsu, "Final Fantasy VII" Remake director Tetsuya Nomura and producer Yoshinori Kitase shared their thoughts on whether the game map is set to be open world. Kitase said that they could not say anything yet and they did not plan on fussing about whether the map was a so-called open world or sandbox. According to the game director, Nomura was more focused on the creation of the scenery; thus, they wanted to express an environment character actions affect the scenery.

Kitase and Nomura also revealed that fans will see some mini games in "Final Fantasy VII" Remake. In the same interview, Kitase said that they wanted to put the mini-games that remain favorable among fans in as much as possible, adding that the development staff was also thinking about what to do with them. In addition, Nomura said that there had been a lot of things from big to small, but they needed to consider a bit whether it was necessary to create them all with the latest technology.

According to Bidness ETC, some mini games fans can play in "Final Fantasy VII" remake include the "Chocobo Racing" mini game, "Cloud" snowboarding game, "Mog House," and G Bike."

With regard the release date, Kitase said that he could not say anything at the moment while Nomura said that he was waiting for "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8" and "World of Final Fantasy" in 2016. As per the game director, he would be able to release new information when they were completed.
