Thrice frontman and current worship artist Dustin Kensrue will be releasing a Christmas EP, Lowborn King, on November 24 through The Modern Post.

"The Modern Post will release the new Christmas EP "Lowborn King" digitally this coming Monday, 11/24. Pre-order it now - http://smarturl.it/lowbornking" he wrote on Facebook.

The tracklisting includes: "Angels We Have Heard On High," "Child Of Glory," "Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence," "What Child Is This," and "This Is War."

The singer also recently announced the followup to his 2007 album, Please Come Home. He is aiming for a spring time launch on Staple Records/Vagrant Records.

"Recording right now is for me the end of a long distilling process. I always have bits and pieces of songs that are bouncing around in my head," he wrote on Facebook, "I usually record them and listen back later, and most of the time I can't remember why I even bothered to record them in the first place. But then there are the tunes that stick - the ones I find running over and over through my head, demanding to be finished. Begging for a home. The most persistent of these tunes from the past 8 years are what I'm busy recording right now, and there's nothing I'd rather be doing."
