Up-and-coming gospel artist Demetrius West & Jesus Promoters are releasing their sophomore project and label debut, ChoirOlogy: The Study of Choir Music, on Kerry Douglas' label Black Smoke Music Worldwide on Aug. 10, with pre-orders available now. Pre-orders include an instant new grat track every week leading up to the release.

Hailing from the flatbeds of Indianapolis, Ind., Demetrius West & JP's second album is led by the group's current radio single, "Open the Floodgates," which is gaining traction weekly in the Top 40 at gospel radio, with early adopters such as WCHB (Detroit, Mich.); WCAO (Baltimore, Md.); WNAP (Philadelphia, Penn.); WGRI (Cincinnati, Ohio); WJNI (Charleston, S.C.); WNOO (Chattanooga, Tenn.); WDJL (Huntsville, Ala.); WOAD (Jackson, Miss.); WXVI (Montgomery, Ala.); WNRR (Augusta, Ga.); WFLT (Flint, Mich.); WAAW (Augusta, Ga.); SOAR Radio.

Written and produced by Jeffrey Thomas II, and Dwight Washington II, the album's lead single sets the tone for 2018 and Demetrius West & Jesus Promoters say it will remind its listeners that they are under an open heaven, as God continues to manifest the promises he has made.

Since their inception, the group has toured alongside artists such as Chris Tomlin, Earnest Pugh, Kirk Franklin, Kurt Carr, and Bishop Larry Trotter, among others.
