DC Talk Reunion Sparked with 20 Year Anniversary 'Jesus Freak' & 'Supernatural' Vinyls? Only Time will Tell

DC Talk

This year marks the 20th anniversary of DC Talk's ground breaking record Jesus Freak, and for those clamoring for a big reunion between TobyMac, Michael Tait, and Kevin Max - well there's a hint...maybe.

It was just announced that Jesus Freak is getting the vinyl treatment along with the trio's last album before disbanding, Supernatural. Both records will be arriving in November, the same month the album originally dropped.

According to JesusFreakHideout, the anniversary record will also feature the popular "Jesus Freak (Freaked Out Remix)" along with their fantastic Larry Norman cover, "I Wish We'd All Been Ready." The two albums will be double disc'd with Jesus Freak in black and Supernatural in white.

DCT conspirary theorists have also been eagerly awaiting the release of TobyMac's new album, This is Not a Test, as it features all three vocalists on the track "Love Feels Like." BREATHEcast had a chance to listen to the album, and trust us, the song sounds like the boys never broke up the band.

Stay tuned for more on BREATHEcast. We will be running some Dc Talk special articles around the time of the album's release!
