'Dance Moms' Season 5 Spoilers: Abby Miller's Secret Weapon & Lawsuit Problems

Put on your dancing shoes, 'Dance Moms' Season 5 returns in two weeks, and it's sure to come with a lot of drama and whole list of problems for the girls on the show.

Lifetime has released the official summary for Episode 1 which is entitled "99 Problems but a Mom Ain't One." The episode will focus on former dance student Paige Hyland and her coach, Abby Lee Miller. When Season 4 ended, Paige was holding a lawsuit against her coach, and the team had lost dancer Chloe Lukasiak.

Lifetime's synopsis reads: "The ALDC's fifth dance competition season is off to a rocky start when a key member disappears and cuts off all ties with the kids and the moms." Chloe, 13, decided to leave the dance scene with her mom, Christi Lukasiak.

Abby has no choice but to call in for a favor when one of her best dancers leaves the elite competition team. She looks to an "old friend" for help, but we do not yet know who this stranger will be. For long-time watchers of the series, it is pretty evident that Abby wants to pick 14-year-old Kalani Hillker to join. Fan can recall that Kalani was in Season 3 of 'Dance Moms'.

On that note, the episode also shows the aftermath of the lawsuit against the dance coach.

Lifetime's synopsis says: "Abby's world comes crashing down when an ex-student threatens legal action and could jeopardize the ALDC's big plans for the season". In a Season 5 promo clip, the enraged coach talks about an officer serving her with papers during business hours. Abby declares, "Nobody is going to talk to me that way! No one!"

Fans of the series should be excited as the ALDC will head to Niagara Falls, New York for their upcoming competition in Season 5.
