Daft Punk New Single 'Lose Yourself to Dance' Release Date / 'Get Lucky' Passes 100 Million on Spotify  

Daft Punk has had a strong emergence back into the musical spotlight in 2013 with the release of their new album Random Access Memories. 

This album brought together many collaborations and birthed the song of the summer, "Get Lucky" featuring Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers. 

Their single "Get Lucky" broke the 24-hour Spotify mark when it first was released and now has made more history. "Get Lucky" passed 100 million clicks on Spotify, this makes it the most popular song ever on the site. The song on Youtube has also surpassed 100 million. 

Daft Punk is set to release their second single off of the new record called "Lose Yourself to Dance". This song, like "Get Lucky" features Pharrell Williams again on vocals and was co-written with Nile Rodgers. The song is expected to release next month and then the video for the song soon after.
