Christian pop singer Britt Nicole has been enjoying a great last year and it's going to be even better this week joining the Newsboys "God is Not Dead" tour.  Nicole will be supporting Newsboys for their shows in April and May.  This is a great mix as Nicole can bring out some new younger fans to Newsboys shows and obviously she can play for thousands a night to help spread the word of her music to new levels.

She wrapped up 2012 on TobyMac's "Eye On It" Tour which hit arenas around the country and also released her album Gold on EMI CMG/Sparrow and Capitol Records.  Produced by Britt's longtime collaborator Dan Muckala along with producers Chris Stevens, David Garcia and Josh Crosby.  Her album Gold combines her passionately thoughtful lyrics with infectious beats and soaring melodies.  Also showcasing her masterful vocals and remarkable range, Gold has no shortage of songs that match the tender intensity of its title track.
Britt Nicole re-released her "Gold" album on on Feb. 26 to the mainstream market.  Her new video of her hit single, "Gold", was released in December 2012 (watch video above).

Along with the release of the re-release of her record, Nicole has stayed busy on the road playing on several dates of "The Revolve Tour".  This tour is designed as a concert for young girls 6th through 12th grade and is advertised as an unforgettable, high-energy event that is packed with cool speakers, authors and award-winning music artists that relate specifically with the girls.  It is a great event reminding girls they are beautiful, unique and loved unconditionally by God, just the way you are.

Look out for Britt Nicole hitting the Christian Festival circuit later this summer.  Nicole announced Feb. 5 that she and her husband are expecting a baby!  So we offer our congratulations to them!  So it's assumed by late fall and winter she will be taking some time off.

Don't miss
