'The Bachelorette' 2013: Did Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried Break Up? Contestant Addresses Rumors Via Twitter

Is The Bachelorette contestant Desiree Hartsock single again? Rumors perpetuated by the latest issue of In Touch magazine indicate the recently engaged couple has already split, with headlines reading "Over already!" and a tagline that says: "Desiree's relationship with her second choice, Chris, falls apart as he realizes she never loved him - she just wanted a ring. How their move to Seattle backfired."

To keep fans posted on their relationship, both Desiree and Chris have been sharing their love story via Twitter. As documented on Twitter, Desiree moved to Seattle earlier this month, and seems like a happy fiancé.

So are the break-up rumors just a ploy to push magazines off the rack, or is trouble a-brewing in paradise.

Desiree Hartsock addressed the alleged split via Twitter yesterday, August 21.

They seem like any other happy couple, posting photos of them exploring Seattle, and announcing upcoming projects. Desiree is working on a blog for soon-to-be brides to help give them "ideas, advice, stories, theme boards, designs, etc."

Chris is working on publishing an original book of poetry called "Diamonds and Hearts: A Poetic Memoir." Additional poetry from Desiree will also be featured in the book.
