'Arrow' Season 3 has brought about the most tragic episode to date for their recent mid-season finale. Fans everywhere were left devastated as Ra's Al Ghul and Oliver's fight on the edge of a mountain resulted in a stab wound right through Oliver's heart.

As his last dying thought, Oliver tells Felicity that he loves her. Emily Bett Rickards, who plays the leading lady on 'Arrow', has not given any hints as to Felicity's reaction to Oliver's death, but she has told TVLine that in filming Episode 10, the mid-season premiere, she felt "drained."

Felicity is expected to show real emotional trauma in the coming episodes due to the history she has with Oliver. Throughout Season 3, Felicity has consistently been pushed away by Oliver. Now, when she believes she finally has him, he leaves her again.

Marc Guggenheim, one of the series' showrunners, also comments that in Episode 10 actor David Ramsey "shot what I would describe as his most emotional scene... David breaks your heart with his performance." Spectators speculate that Marc is referring to the heart-wrenching scene where Felicity deals with the news of Oliver's death.

Oliver Queen is not dead, of course, although the rest of the season will most likely revolve around Felicity and the other characters.

The next episode or 'Arrow' is entitled "Left Behind" and will air on January 21^st, 2015 on the CW.
