American Idol 2013: Angie Miller, Kree Harrison, Candice Glover / Top 3 Recap, Who Advances to Season 12 Finale? [VIDEO]

We're down to the Top 3 in American Idol 2013 Season 12. Last night Angie Miller, Kree Harrison and Candice Glover all performed three songs each in hopes to make it through to the Idol Season 12 finale next week.

On last night's episode Kree Harrison kicked off the show with her rendition fo "Perfect" by Pink. Though Kree nailed every note, the performance lacked energy and true audience connection. The judges were a little disappointed with Idol mentor Jimmy Iovine's song selection. Kree's next two songs were selected a little better for the country singer. Kree finished the night out strong singing "Here Comes Goodbye" by the Rascal Flatts and "Better Dig Two" by The Band Perry.

On the other hand, Jimmy Iovine chose a perfect first song for Candice Glover. Her gospel voice on "One" by U2 and Mary J. Blige was beyond stellar. You can really see where Glover's solo career could go with this song.

After showing her hometown visit, Candice brings Idol judge and resident diva to tears with her version of "Next To Me" by Emile Sand.

Glover's "A-plus" finish is "Somewhere" from the "West Side Story" soundtrack. Everybody in the audience, including the Idol judgesare on their feet clapping by the end.

One of Iovine's best song selections was for Angie Miller. Miller [a clear cut favorite to win American Idol 2013] came out of the gate singing "Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word" by Elton John. Though Miller maybe missed an opportunity to wow on piano, she made up for it with her last song "Maybe" by Emile Sande, in which she graced the ivory for a haunting performance. Including her second song, "Try" by Pink, Angie Miller should advance to the American Idol season 12 finale.
