Although the Halloween-themed episode of 'American Horror Story' Season 4 is over, that does not mean that the show will be without its usual spooks and scares. On that note, FX has already released the synopsis for 'Freak Show' Episode 5 entitled "Pink Cupcakes," and it might very well be the scariest thus far.

In Episode 4, entitled "Edward Mordrake (Part 2)," viewers saw Twisty the Clown (John Carroll Lynch) was killed by urban legend Edward Mordrake (Wes Bentley).

During his brief stint in the 'Freak Show', the scary clown murdered five people and kidnap a couple of others. Therefore, the people of Jupiter were delighted when Jimmy Darling (Evan Peters) stopped Twisty and freed all his prisoners.

However, they did not realize that Twisty inspired a new killer in town - Dandy (Finn Wittrock). Fans can recall that Episode 4 ended with Twisty's protégé Dandy slitting the throat of Dora (Patti LaBelle), the longtime maid of his family.

Moving forward into Episode 5, the "Pink Cupcakes" synopsis says that murder and terror will continue on the show in the same manner, but stem from different characters. In this episode, fans can expect to see Stanley (Denis O'Hare) and Maggie (Emma Roberts) team up to con the freaks and profit from them. However, Stanley and Maggie don't want their money, but only the "freak" body parts.

'American Horror Story' Season 4, Episode 5 synopsis teases that Stanley, who is making everyone believe that he is a big Hollywood talent scout, will join Maggie in hatching a plan to "murder the Freaks." Now, it remains to be seen if Maggie will turn around after spending time with Jimmy in Episode 4.

Elsewhere, Gloria (Francis Conroy) will find out about Dandy's "gruesome new hobby." However, as she is a doting mother, Gloria will cover up the evidence of Dora's murder.

In addition, spoilers reveal that Season 4, Episode 5 of 'American Horror Story: Freak Show' will discover more of Desiree's (Angela Bassett) backstory. In "Pink Cupcakes, the three-breasted hermaphrodite will undergo a "health scare," and that health scare will disclose that "Desiree may not be the oddity she once thought."

'American Horror Story: Freak Show' Episode 5 will air on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 10 pm EDT on FX.
