Director Stu Zicherman is back with the new American comedy A.C.O.D. 

The movie stars Adam Scott, Amy Poehler, Jessica Alba and Jane Lynch and takes a look at divorce, which makes up the name Adult Children of Divorce. 

The plot: A man (Scott) becomes aware that he was an unknowing former participant in a study about children of divorce, and he is sought as a participant in a follow-up study several years later. Participation in the present-day has comedic results. His younger brother (Duke) has a wedding which brings his divorced parents back together, causing lots of friction

Adam Scott, who stars in NBC's "Parks and Recreation", gets his biggest, front and center, shot as the leading man in a movie with A.C.O.D .

The film was first shown at the Sundance Film Festival back in January and got a largely positive response which gave the team a lot of confidence moving forward. 

A.C.O.D. is set to release on October 4, 2013 in the U.S from Black Bear Pictures.
