'The Walking Dead' Season 4 Spoilers: Trailer Reveals More Deaths, Zombies Than Ever / October 13 Premiere on AMC [TRAILER]

From what we can tell in the first official trailer a lot of people are going to die in The Walking Dead Season 4.

It looks like someone is trying to sabotage Rick and the gang at the prison. Is the Governor destroying Rick's defenses? How? He killed half of the citizens of Woodberry and the rest are now at the prison.

From the trailer we hear Hershel say they've lost 12 of their own. How lost? Dead lost? Or the Governor just took 12 of our party lost?

Was it just me or did the "walkers" seem different. Maybe a little more aggressive?

I know it sounds impossible, but when The Walking Dead returns to AMC Sunday, October 13, there will be even more zombies than ever before.

Season 4 Director of Photography, Mike Satrazemis shared some details about the upcoming episodes on the The Walking Dead blog. With a couple months to go until premiere episode, Satrazemis was kind enough to confirm the rumors of extra zombie hordes.

"There's going to be a good deal this season, more than we've ever seen," he dished. "It's great to shoot those. We can put on the widest lens we have and fill it with information - people and walkers. And it's crazy to see that many walkers. The amount of work that Greg [Nicotero - executive producer and special FX makeup designer] and those guys had to do this season to get it together is pretty mind-blowing. But yeah we have some massive herds, and it becomes pretty overwhelming."

Tune in for The Walking Dead Season 4 premiere, October 13 on AMC at 10/9c.
