A company posted an ad online and in newspapers for a job opening for "Director of Operations." A representative then conducted Skype interviews with applicants that were told the job was extremely demanding and difficult, it's a role that is thankless, and worst of all pay-less.

"This job requires that you must be able to work standing up most or really all of the time. Constantly on your feet, constantly bending over, constantly exerting yourself," the representative said to the interviewees. One after one they all were stunned and seriously reconsidering their interest.

Job requirements included "135 hours to unlimited hours a week," it was explained the candidates needed to have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to wear several hats, like doctor, budget overseer and chef. The clients were told, the person they worked for were excessively needy and might even require them to work nights.

As all of those being interviewed cringed at the conditions and most of them maintained that the job was illegal, insane, or inhuman.

The interviewer then revealed that billions of people actually already hold the position and the real role he was describing was that of "mom."

After getting over the shock and the emotions that came from realizing all their mothers had done all the worked they believed was impossible, the interviewers shared their appreciation for their own mothers.

Ultimately the video was made to promote cardstore.com in a reminder to award mothers with cards for mother's day and fans on YouTube shared completely different opinions.

"My mom is awesome!

Another agreed and posted, "Best video ever. Moms are taken for granted a lot of the time but this hits the nail on the head. Loved it!"
