More encounters between Ragnar and Rollo are going to be seen in "Vikings" season 4 episode 11.

"Vikings" creator Michael Hirst shared his thoughts on what fans can expect from the remaining episodes of the hit television series.

In his interview with Hollywood Reporter, Hirst said that Rollo winning had been the most unlikely outcome in the previous episode if one thought of writing the conventions of a saga, mentioning the concept of "the hero loses to his brother."

According to Hirst, a lot of fans would not have expected that Rollo would win; however, they also probably took some pleasure in Rollo's ascension and being crowned, which he described as a "tipping," and, "defining" point between the brothers.

While Rollo succeeded in the midseason finale of "Vikings" season 4, Hirst emphasized that it did not mean that it was the last times fans would see Rollo, as he, now a duke and influential figure in France, would continue to be a part of the story.

In "Vikings" season 4 episode 10, entitled "The Last Ship," Ragnar and Rollo faced each other in an epic fight. Many assumed that the former would win the battle; however, the opposite had been the result, which may have left some fans in dismay.

Den of Geek reports that "Vikings" season 4 is set to have a sum of 20 episodes, since History Channel added four more episodes to the original 16-episode order.

"Vikings" season 4 episode 10, "The Last Ship," aired on April 21 while exact details for the air date of episode 11 are yet to be revealed.
