'Vikings' on History Channel: Season 2 Trailer Released at Comic-Con 2013 / Does Floki Die in Battle with Rollo? [TRAILER]

The latest teaser trailer for History Channel's Vikings has fans of the series in a tizzy. The preview played at Comic-Con 2013 in San Diego.

According to the trailer it looks like the armies of Ragnar [Travis Fimmel] and his brother Rollo came face to face, after Rollo [Clive Standen] decided to betray his brother out of jealousy and team up with Jarl Borg.

Fans of Season 1 knew war was inevitable between the brothers. What has me more worried is Rollo's attack on Floki [Gustaf Skarsgard], Ragnar's close friends and ship innovator.

"It ends with a shot of Floki seemingly getting the shit beat out of him by Rollo," Skarsgard confessed during a panel discussion at Comic-Con 2013.

Floki is certainly one of the fan favorites from Vikings Season 1.

The funny thing, Skarsgard doesn't even know if he dies in Season 2.

"It's like unwrapping gifts at Christmas, but there could also be a bomb in there," he said. "Whenever you read a script you're like, 'OK am I gonna die in this episode? What's going to happen?'

"It's scary to not know where a character's going to go."

Vikings Season 2 on History Channel is set to premiere some time in 2014, with filming beginning this Summer. Let's hope they mean closer to New Years than Independence Day.
