Vh1's Basketball Wives Miami will be back this coming Monday, August 19^th with is 5^th season! Finally, a breath of fresh air and a break from all this "Love & HipHop" drama!

We left season 4 off with Evelyn Lozada (Ex of football player Chad Johnson's) planning her wedding and still hating her long time best friend Jennifer Williams (Ex of basketball player Eric Williams). The whole cast still hated Royce Reed (Orlando and Miami dance girl).

Jennifer was still going through her messy divorce with then husband Eric Williams. Suzie was trying to stay neutral after the beef with Evelyn, Tammy Smith still wanted to pop a b*tch, and two new cast members that just weren't that memorable (I believe their names were Kenya and Kendra).

On the upcoming 5^th season we will see more drama as Evelyn discusses why her marriage to Chad Johnson ended after just 41 days of being married. We see her struggle to either move on or mend the relationship with Johnson.

Tammy's mother is diagnosed with liver cancer and does not have much longer to live. Evelyn introduces her friend of fourteen years and newest cast member Tasha who is married to Stephon Marbury of the New York Knicks.

Tasha seems to be a firecracker and will only add more drama to the show than it already has. Shaunie O'Neal, the TV show's creator also has a confrontation of her own and you'll never guess with whom? TAMMY SMITH, the infamous "Don't put your hand up." line is back and in full affect!
