According to Spoilers Guide, the episode will see Julian (Todd Lasance) and Lily (Annie Wersching) throw a party to celebrate Nora (Scarlett Bryne) and Mary Louise's (Teressa Liane) anniversary. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) will also execute their dangerous plan to get rid of a new threat, which was posed by Julian.

Caroline (Candice King) will also be left with no choice but to accept her new reality, after Valerie (Elizabeth Blackmore) made a revelation to her. She has to learn acceptance of her new life because it also serves as a threat to her relationship with Stefan.
