After giving fans a taste of "Wild Heart" when Urban Rescue released a five-track EP back in January, the Los Angeles-based band is releasing the full album on May 6, under Rend Family Records.

Urban Rescue frontman Jordan Frye said in a press release when the band dropped the EP that the theme of the record is a new beginning.

"I know what it feels like to be hopeless and at the end of your faith and left wondering what there is on the other side," he said. "My hope is that for the person who feels hopeless, lost or brokenhearted that they would find in our music a spark that ignites the flame of faith again or for the first time."

"A faith that knows there is something more to Jesus than just another religious practice. A faith that believes Jesus is alive and is close to the brokenhearted," he added.

Rend Family Records is a result of the collaboration between the Irish worship band Rend Collective and the Capitol Christian Music Group.

Meanwhile, Urban Rescue hits the road with Rend Collective for the "As Family We Go" tour in order to promote their full album "Wild Heart." They will be traveling around UK next month. On June 10 and 12, the band will be joining Jeremy Camp, MercyMe and Matthew West for the Spirit West Coast.

The five-song EP of "Wild Heart" includes:

"Recreate"

"Open Hands"

"Kaleidoscope"

"His Name"

"Wild Heart"
