'The Witcher 3' Blood And Wine News: CD Projekt Red’s Easter Egg Signals A GoodBye?

CD Projekt Red's "The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine" has just released an easter egg and according to reports, it could signal a farewell.

In the "Blood and Wine" scenery, a tall mountain can be seen at the distance. While most just see it as part of the natural art, YouTube user pipp311Lp found out something interesting.

Using a free-cam mod, he managed to spot a big picture between two pillars. It shows CD Projekt Red's development team. As per Game Spot, it gives a feeling of a nice goodbye, while it can also be assumed that the picture serves as a credit to those who contributed to the game's success.

According to Eurogamer, the said canvas is a "remarkable piece of content" for a "remarkable game." As per the publication, it was not meant for the eye of most people and it is concealed for developers who knew how to search for it.

It is revealed that "The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine" got a score of 8 from fans' review. In a statement, as cited by Game Spot, critic Kevin VanOrd said that Geralt deserved to be called a legend, not least because he starred in one of the greatest role-playing games ever made. Perhaps, they would join him in yet another adventure. He added that if "Blood and Wine" was the White Wolf's final interactive appearance, he at least departed in style.

Previously, Astor Alexander portrayed Geralt as a modern detective in his painting. In the said art, Geralt was wielding a gun, instead of a sword. It can be viewed here.

"The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine" is the final expansion for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt."
