'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1’ Release Date, Spoilers: No Arena, But Far From Bloodless

Fans of "The Hunger Games' series were able to get a taste of things to come in the upcoming third installment of the movie as a new trailer has recently been released. Previously, only teasers were shown online, but last week, the production team finally gave fans something more substantial.

The recent teaser trailer contained footage of President Snow (Donald Sutherland) in what looked like a propaganda film entitled "Together as One". Viewers can see that Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) is standing beside the President as he addresses the citizens of Panem and all the Districts, and fans are wondering whether this means that Peeta has joined forces with President Snow.

Jennifer Lawrence, who plays the main character, Katniss Everdeen, has said in previous interviews that fans will not be disappointed with the sequel and that she's very proud of what they have accomplished in the latest film.

"It's huge, we have so many different"¦ the scale and the visual of this movie is insane and it's unlike anything we've seen in any of the others because there is no arena. We see a lot more of the capitol and lots more of District 8," said the actress.

In spite of the absence of the arena, the war between the capitol and the rebellion is expected to bring about a lot of bloodshed, and one beloved character will be killed.

The film is also set to explain the story behind the rebellion and what President Snow did to Peeta. It will also tell of Katniss' journey towards accepting her place in the rebellion.

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1' stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson and Donald Sutherland who will reprise their former roles, and new cast members including Julianne Moore as President Coin, and the late Philip Seymour Hoffman as Plutarch Heavensbee.

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1' will premiere on Nov. 21, 2014, while part 2 will be released on Nov. 20, 2015.
