'The Bachelorette' 2016 Spoilers, Cast: ‘The Bachelor: After The Final Rose’ Caila Quinn Unveiled As Next Leading Lady?

Along with talks that "The Bachelorette" 2016 casting announcement is set to made during the "The Bachelor: After the Final Rose" special, it has been revealed that Caila Quinn will star in "The Bachelorette."

On Mar. 5, US Weekly tweeted that Quinn, who is the second-runner up in "The Bachelor," is set to be the new star of "The Bachelorette." As per Reality Steve, it was confirmed that Quinn lost out of the gig at the last minute, with the producers choosing Jojo Fletcher to the ABC's next leading lady.

Things went different recently, however. According to Inquisitr, additional hints have surfaced, indicating that Quinn was going to be the Bachelorette. As per the publication, she had appeared in "Good Morning America" and had some additional press about how she had been heartbroken by her elimination. It was also added that Quinn was set to find love for herself, which could happen in "The Bachelorette."

The major casting announcement for "The Bachelorette" 2016 is set to be made in the "After the Final Rose" special, which follows the "The Bachelor" finale. According to International Business Times, the hour-long live episode will be hosted by Chris Harrison, who will announce the star of "The Bachelorette" season 12.

As per the publication, it is assumed that Harrison would break down a "dramatic" finale to "The Bachelor" season 20, starring Higgins. For the time being, it is unknown if who Higgins would actually choose between Fletcher and Lauren Bushnell, but it would be the first time to see the heartthrob with the 2016 winner.

"The Bachelor: After the Final Rose" airs on Mar. 14.
