"Star Wars: Battlefront" should get an update this March. This is due to the fact that the Outer Rim pack is teased to be released by the EA this month, according to Lawyer Herald.

As reported, the EA gives an explanation as to how the DLC and free update relate as follows:

"Expect more in March including free updates and the launch of our first digital expansion pack to give you more of the content you love - more maps, weapons, and heroes, and an all-new mode."

"The 'Star Wars: Battlefront' 'Outer Rim' expansion pack will allow you to fight among the factories of Sullust and battle within Jabba the Hutt's palace on Tatooine."

EA has also revealed the heroes and villains that would be present in the game on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

One of the images present in battlefront is rebel pilot, Nien Nunb and Bounty Hunter Greedo fighting in the home planet of Luke Skywalker. The Outer Rim DLC should also feature factory-based maps of Tattoine. Tattoine is the palace of Sallust and Jabba.

"Star Wars: Battlefront" also got a Twilight on Hoth map in addition to an adventure in which fans will need to bear with the freezing ice planet Caves on Survival.

Ecumenical News reports a certain individual revealed in a forum online, who:

"There will be two new game modes, new abilities, and weapons for the expansion. A game mode called 'Invasion' is said to be the largest multiplayer game mode for Battlefront. It will host a battle of 30 vs. 30 players."
