Sons of Anarchy Season 7 Release Date, Cast Rumors: New Season Set to Be Most Challenging Yet

Sons of Anarchy Season 7 is back on September 10, 2014 and fans will not want to miss the upcoming season of the hit show.

Production starts on Season 7 in a few weeks time and there are expectations that the final season be the bloodiest of all.

Season 6 did not end on a happy note, so fans can expect revenge among Jax Teller, his mother, Gemma, and Juice Ortiz.

Season 6 of the hit outlaw motorcycle club had numerous deaths including that of Dr. Tara Knowles-teller and Opie. It is anticipated that hatred will rule Jax, played by Charlie Hunnam, given his unsettled issues with Ortiz (Theo Rossi) and Gemma's direct involvement with Tara's death.

Supporting actors Jimmy Smits (Nero Padilla) and Peter Weller (Charlie Barosky) also return on the final season.

Creator Kurt Sutter revealed that Season 7 is the most challenging yet, not only in terms of storyline but also with entangled emotions from different characters.

In an interview with Larry King, the SOA executive producer spilled that the final season will be "filmed in black and white, and the antagonist is a schizophrenic tree nymph."

Meanwhile, rumor has it that the Sons of Anarchy production is looking into adding a new female in the town of Charming, possibly replacing Eli Roosevelt.

News about Tyne Patterson joining the crew is not yet confirmed although it is possible that he "might be able to appear in a limited amount of episodes," Sutter told the press.
