Social Club Misfits has just released the music video for their track, "Courage," a cut from their new EP "The Misfit Generation" which will be released nationwide on May 6. The world premiere of the video was being hosted by Hype Magazine.

The music video is directed by Juice 20/20 and filmed in Miami, Fla.. The theme of "Courage" is about trying to chase dreams without being afraid, and also to take on the unknown when necessary.

The rap group recently signed with Capitol Christian Music Group (Capitol CMG) and changed their name from the original, Social Club. The duo is one of the more successful Christian rap groups to date, having sold over 35,000 albums and also garnered 11 million in audio or video streams of their songs. Their last album, "US," peaked at No. 6 on Billboard's Rap Albums chart.

In a press release, the group said that they are humbled to be part of the Capitol CMG family.

"It's an honor to get to work with such a great team who strongly supports our music and overall vision," Marty and FERN said. "Our new EP 'The Misfit Generation' will maintain the Social Club [Misfits] sound while also broadening our scope to engage the culture at large."

For his part, Peter York, Capitol CMG president, said that they are extremely pleased about welcoming Social Club Misfits on board.

"They bring a unique energy, purpose and creative offering to our valued roster," he said. "They are effectively reaching their audience and making an impact in lives across the country with great music, a compelling show and a message of hope. I'm grateful to work with them and for what they represent in the world of hip hop."
