As more news of Scott Stapp's meltdown has been surfacing, two of his closest friends, Creed bandmates, Mark Tremonti and Brian Marshall, have spoken out on social media about the whole situation.

"I know everyone is very worried about Scott, I am as well. I tried reaching out but didn't have any success. I will keep trying," said Creed guitarist Tremonti, and then followed it with "It would be best to keep such personal matters off social media."

Marshall, the bassist and cofounder of the band, had two statements a few days apart, expressing his thoughts on the matter.

"I just wanted everyone to know that I've reached out to Scott Stapp. We talked briefly yesterday and he seems to be okay... I let him know that we were all worried and if he needed a sober friend to talk to that I'm always available.." wrote Marshall on Facebook.

He then needed to clarify his statements, after many comments flooded in concerning his use of the phrase "seems to be okay."

"Due to the exposure my post has received, I feel I need to clarify what I meant by saying Scott Stapp 'seems to be okay'. It is obvious Scott is not 'ok' and that he needs medical help and/or an intervention if he does not surrender to this disease before he hurts himself or others," he clarified. "I was trying to inform those who were concerned about his immediate well being, that we were reaching out to him during this difficult time and will continue to do so until the family gets the help they need."

There is also an alleged Tweet from Stapp's son Jagger, where he calls out his dad for his drug addiction, but it is uncertain on whether this is actually the singer's son.

"My dad is too busy posting songs on his FB hiding out for attention rather then getting his act together #dadstop," Jagger was said to have tweeted. "To all tho confused, my father once again chose drugs over his family. He needs help, but refuses to get it. He's been on a 9 week binge."

According to Yahoo Music, a sheriff department in Madison Country, Florida stated that on November 13 Stapp was found in his car on the side of the road. He was reportedly incoherent and intoxicated and said someone was "trying to poison him." It was then he was placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold.

Jaclyn Stapp has filed for divorce and is asking for full custody of their children because of an alleged month long methamphetamines and steroid binge last month. According to the Miami Herald, Jaclyn feels Stapp is incapable of taking care of the children and has threatened to kill himself and others during fits of paranoia.

TMZ reported, the singer called up his son's school on November 10 and told them ISIS was "targeting" his school. He also told his AA sponsor that "he has guns" and was threatened to kill him.

Jaclyn also claimed Stapp began selling off possessions to pay for a drug binge that included "steroids, weed, cocaine, PCP, Special K, Crystal meth, and various Rx drugs."

"I'm sober, I'm safe as of right now...don't believe in any of the lives. The truth will prevail, the truth will come out," Stapp said last week in his last message, "I've recently rededicated my life to Christ...my message and my testimony, and how Christ has done so many amazing things for me. God has a reason for this...I know He has a purpose."
