ABC's Kerry Washington, will be hosting a comedy sketch show during her Live performance on 'Saturday Night Live'. The hit Tv show 'Scandal's actress will be alongside Eminem during their performance as he will be the musical guest of the evening. The emmy nominated, Kerry Washington plays Olivia Pope in 'Scandal', a women who his desperately in love with the President and will do anything to have him. Kerry Washington is better known for her roles in "Django Unchained", "Ray", and "The Last King of Scotland". 

During 'SNL' it is said that there is a lack of diversity between the cast members,  according to The Hollywood Reporter, Washington's hosting announcement comes right after an overload of complaints due to the diversity issue. Kenan Thompson, a cast memeber on 'SNL' addressed the situation in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter stating, " 'SNL' has a hard time finding black female talent, Producers just never find the ones that are ready". ABC's 'Scandal' star, Kerry Washington is most obviously up for the task and will surely blow the crowd away during her performance. 

Eminem will also do the same, as the appearance will make his sixth time on 'Saturday Night Live' and comes nearly three days before his album release date. His new album "MMLP2" is a 16-track LP featuring many artists such as; Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar, and Nate Ruess. Kerry Washignton and rapper Eminem will be airing live on 'Saturday Night Live' November 2nd.
