Rumor has it that "Blurred Lines' singer Robin Thicke and 'Mission Impossible' actress Paula Patton may have just ended their 20 year relationship together for good.

While the couple has been physically separated since February of this year, they have yet to file for a divorce or even hire their own individual divorce attorneys. However, reports claim that they have hired the services of a financial lawyer to help settle property and financial matters.

Allegedly, Thicke has given up on trying to win his wife back into his life, this comes after a series of public apologies and romantic public gestures, that have apparently failed to save their marriage.

While Thicke has put in months of trial and error to win his wife's heart once again, it seems as though he has finally given up. Early reports have claimed that although Thicke will no longer pursue his wife, he will not file for divorce either. Sources say he has ultimately placed the decision in Patton's hands.

The couple has apparently been together since they were 14 years of age, and eventually married in 2005. They have a son name Julian Fuego, who was born in April of 2010.

Fans of the pair can remember that Patton had left their marital home earlier this year after a public scandal surfaced between Thicke and a fan of his.

The marital home, which was given to Robin by his legendary father, Alan Thicke, has been put on the market with a price tag of nearly $3 million earlier this week. The house was originally built in the 1960's and was acquired by the older Thicke for just a few thousand shy of $1 million in the 1990's.
