Richard Smallwood to Write Autobiography, Recovering from Hip Replacement Surgery

Richard Smallwood is readying to write an autobiography. A gospel legend in his own time, Richard Smallwood, had this on his heart for some time and now he feels the time has come to put everything in words and write them down.

Smallwood shared via his social network that there is much to say about his life and how he got where he is today. He mentioned that some things are hilarious and some tragic, however God orchestrated everything and brought him to the place he is at this time.

Smallwood shared via his social network, "Don't ever let your background circumstances convince you that you can't be ALL that you can be in God!!!"

Richard Smallwood also underwent a hip replacement surgery. He mentioned just a few days ago on his Facebook page "Thanks for all the encouragement not only during this healing process, but for the encouragement to start this autobiography FINALLY. It's been in the planning stages for three years at least....even have the writer that I want to help do this, but I think I'm finally ready."

Smallwood added, "Thank you for your support of my music and my ministry down through the years....thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement during my hip replacement surgery and during this recovery period....thank you for your words of support and your push to move forward as I prepare to finally get my autobiography out. Your words and acts of kindness don't go unnoticed. I really appreciate every one of them. Much love to you ALL and God bless always!!"
