The drama on the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' show continues to develop as twin sisters Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Apreas spice things up.

Apreas' relationship with her husband, Rino, will be highlighted on the few next episodes. When they joined the cast, there were already rumors of Rino being an unfaithful husband. However, Apreas continually denied these allegations saying, "Yes, people will talk and people will start rumors but, he adores and cherishes the ground I walk on."

"I would never say I have the perfect marriage. But one thing I never have to compete with is another woman. Absolutely not," added Apreas.

However, Victoria Gotti's return to the series will revealed another side of the story as she confirmed Rino's affair.

Gotti made shocking allegations that Rino is actually cheating on Apreas. It is rumored that the reason Gotti can confirm this was that she was the mistress in the alleged situation.

Gotti previously appeared on Sept. 22, 2013 together with Teresa Guidice. She is the daughter of John Gotti, the deceased crime boss. She also starred in a reality series called, 'Growing Up Gotti'.

Beyond that, Caroline Manzo has left the show to create her own reality series that will be called, 'Manzo'd with Children'. The new reality series will feature her family, including her husband Al, and their children, Albie, Chris and Lauren. The series is set to premiere on Oct. 5 at 9 pm. EST on Bravo.
