Brandi Glanville of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is taking legal action against her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian and his new wife, LeAnn Rimes.

In previous statements made to the press, Glanville expressed her desire to bury the hatchet once and for all, for the sake of her children, whose custody she shares with Rimes and Cibrian. However, according to the latest gossip tabloids, any hope of resolving issues between both parties has been rendered almost impossible since Rimes and Cibrian have started publicly bashing Glanville in their VH1 reality show, LeAnn and Eddie.

Glanville was made to sign a legal agreement at Cibrian's request that forbids them from insulting each other anywhere, but in the privacy of their own homes or in court. Due to this agreement, Glanville and Rimes are legally forbidden from insulting each other in any way in public.

However, Rimes' and Cibrian's new show is riddled with lots of references to Glanville, and Rimes even goes as far as to suggest whether or not Glanville should go to rehab due to her allegedly excessive drinking.

Glanville thinks that the couple has violated the agreement, and even stated that she doesn't care what they say or insinuate about her, behind closed doors, but to attack her on national TV where her children could have seen was a low blow.

Rimes has speculated that Glanville is capitalizing on her relationship with Cibrian, claiming that Glanville has done a lot of bad-mouthing on social media and on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to put herself in the spotlight.
