'One Punch Man' Season 2 Release Date, Spoilers: Saitama's Strongest Opponent To Be Garou

New details on the story line of "One Punch Man" season 2 have surfaced and it looks like there will be an epic clash between the Hero Association and the Hero Hunters, with Saitama set to face his strongest opponent yet.

"One Punch Man" season 2 is set to have a plot resembling Joe Russo and Anthony Russo's Marvel Comics film "Captain America: Civil War." According to Design And Trend, the series' second season is set to see tension between the Hero Association and the Hero Hunters. The cause and the aftermath of the aforementioned event are yet to be revealed.

Aside from the story plot, Saitama's strongest opponent will be Garou. According to Cross Map, Garou is an old student of Fang-an S-Class Hero. It is revealed that Fang mentored him the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist skill for him to become a hero over a villain. But then, Garou opted to traverse an evil path; thus, he was rejected by Fang.

According to Christian Times, Lord Boros is also set to return in "One Punch Man" season 2. As per the publication, while it is believed that Saitama killed the villain with his Collapsing Star, Roaring Cannon skill in the series' season 1, he could come back in season 2, as he has some regenerative capabilities.

The villainous character is also said to be stronger when he returns in season 2; thus, it is assumed that Saitama is set to have a more difficult time dealing with him next season.

"One Punch Man" season 2 is expected to premiere in the latter part of the year.
