Christian artist Natasha Owens will be taking part in a benefit concert with Jason Crabb and Cass Dillon on March 20.

94.9 KLTY will be presenting the evening of music to raise money for St. Timothy Christian Academy.

"I am so excited that St Timothy approached me to be a part of this awesome event. KLTY is sponsoring the March 20th event to help raise money for this specialized school," Owens told BREATHEcast. "The money will allow kids, who have a learning disability, to be able to attend this school for the help that they so desperately need but cannot afford."

Owens did a Q&A with BC last year where she spoke about overcoming tragedy during the holidays. Read about it here.

The singer also revealed a bit into her new album, "My first project was a restoration cd to help someone through a faith-shaking trial. This next project is on the topic of rising above - rising above our circumstance to help someone else. When we minister and help someone else, God heals us in return. When we think we have nothing on the inside left to give to someone else, God can pour into us so much strength and healing," she explained. "Stay tuned for 2015."
