The hilarious sitcom 'Mom' returns for a second season on Monday, Sept. 29, at 8:30 pm EDT on CBS Television Network with a guest appearance by Jaime Pressly.

The story of the Chuck-Lorre-created comedy show revolves around a recuperating alcoholic and single mother. Fans will see the single mom, Christy (played by Anna Faris) moving back with her mother (played by Allison Janney), who was also an alcoholic, but is recovering from her addiction. On a side note, the show was immensely successful in its first season.
