The Jackson family lost their trial yesterday against AEG Live for hiring an unfit Doctor for the treatment of Jackson before his death. The jury ruled AEG live did hire  Doctor Conrad Murray for treatment of Michael, but he was completley competent during that time. Katherine and the three kids of Jackson,lost the trial due to the jury confirming the competencie of the Doctor during treatment . Yet, the jury did say that Conrad most likely went too far with the type of treatment chosen that eventually led to Michael Jacksons death. 

When the trial was over, a juror spoke out that Dr. Murray was a good General Practioner that was able to do the job that he was hired for. Though, "That doesnt mean we felt he was ethical. Had the question been in there , it could have been a different outset." Katherine Jackson and Michael's two kids began the lawsuit with AEG after they believed Dr. Murray pushed Michael too hard during his final tour "This is It". In response, according to AEG what Dr. Murray and Michael did with his medications and treatment options were completley left up to the two of them privately.

In Dr. Murray's offense he has stated multiple times during the trial that Michael specifically hired him and that Jackson hated AEG Live. When ending the trial , Katherine Jackson stated to the press that even with the loss she feels that they have won. " We have said from the beginning that  this case was a search for the truth. We found the truth. AEG Live hired Dr. Conrad Murray, the man who is currently in jail for killing Michael Jackson". TMZ has the inside scoop below.
