Miami Heat Trade News: Unlikely to Sign Beasley and Oden, Chicago Bulls Tempted to Trade Mirotic for Love-Rose-Noah Powerhouse

With the free agency season coming to an end, unsigned free agents will have a hard time looking for teams who would want to sign them in.

Free agents Michael Beasley and Greg Oden recently conducted talks with Miami Heat in attempts to sign with them. The talks however, resulted in no commitment from the Heats as the team already has 12 players under their roster. If they decide to sign either Beasley or Oden, they would only do so at a minimum salary offer.

Miami's roster is most likely completed, especially after LeBron James decided to play for the Cleveland Cavaliers a few weeks ago. It would be difficult for Miami to fit Beasley or Oden in the team if they do manage to sign them. This is unlikely however, and it would be sure that Beasley and Oden would find their respective homes soon before the start of the playoffs season.

The trade for Kevin Love is still underway as three teams are vying for the superstar's signature with one of the teams being the Chicago Bulls. Love carries a hefty price and the Bulls must offer something that's equally valued as the player.

Initially, the Bulls were meaning to trade off Nikola Mirotic, Taj Gibson, and Doug McDermott for Love. The problem is, it won't be easy for the Bulls to trade off Mirotic. The Spanish player only signed earlier this month for a three-year, $17 million contract and won't be eligible for trading at least until August 17.

Management has been telling Mirotic that he won't be traded, but if he does manage to get traded, the Bulls would be hurting their chances of acquiring new potential. The move is a risky one, but the opportunity to pair up Love with Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah is very tempting for the Bulls.
