Miami Heat Rumors: LeBron James Said Meeting with Miami President Unproductive

Miami Heat fans are in despair at news that LeBron James is leaving. The shocking development comes just days after it emerged that James' meeting with Heat team president Pat Riley on Wednesday proved unproductive.

In addition to James, his close friends Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade have also decided to become free agents.

Irrespective of James' decision, Wade is likely to rejoin Miami Heat; while it is being rumored that Bosh will only make a decision on his NBA destination after seeing where LeBron goes.

Prior to Wednesday's meeting, most Miami Heat fans were thinking that the superstar would renew his contract with their team, as Miami has already acquired Danny Granger and Josh McRoberts with a view to rebuild its team around James. Now the fans have been left disappointed as James has opted to move back home.

Miami fans had been worried by the recent moves by the Cleveland Cavaliers, where James played for seven long years before becoming a free agent and then signing with Miami Heat. Such "betrayal" infuriated the people of Cleveland as well as Dan Gilbert, the owner of the Cavs, who virtually disowned the superstar and even called him a "coward." Gilbert even made an attempt to remove James' name from Cavs history books.

All those things though seem to have been forgotten and forgiven, and the Cavs have now successfully brought back LeBron.
