Miami Heat NBA Trade Rumors: Heat May Add Chris Singleton, Greg Oden, Shawn Marion, Chris Douglas-Roberts

With LeBron James leaving the Heat for the Cavaliers, Miami made some quick moves to fill the void that he left behind. As the team retained Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, they chose to supplement the roster with Luol Deng, Josh McRoberts and Danny Granger.

At the moment, it seems that the Heat is stronger than they've ever been before. Last season they finished second to the Antonio Spurs in the the NBA Finals, and many believe that a weak bench was partially responsible for the loss of many crucial games. As a result, the coaching staff promised to acquire players that would help build a stronger bench, which is why they chose Deng and McRoberts.

Nevertheless, losing James has definitely dented the team in a big way.

On the other hand, the fans do not appear to be impressed with these moves, as they are insisting on additional line-up revamps, which does not seem to be possible.

An article in the Sun Sentinel says that the Heat has no intention of venturing into another trading deal until December. At the moment only three players on the team can be traded before December 15.

The report reads, "This is getting old by now, but the only players the Heat can put into a trade are Norris Cole, Justin Hamilton and Shabazz Napier, since every veteran free agent signed this offseason cannot be dealt until Dec. 15. So unless you're talking about a player making about $6 million or less, the math doesn't work in a trade. And even then, you would have to find a team willing to take on that three-player package."

While rumors are rife regarding a Roy Hibbert trade, such speculation does not seem to contain an iota of truth.

It is believed that the Heat may add a number of other players to its roster as they may include Chris Singleton, Greg Oden, Shawn Marion, Jordan Crawford, Chris Douglas-Roberts or even Ray Allen.
