Two-time Grammy Award Lecrae is set to visit about 30 schools this year and he has announced a "Higher Learrning Tour," according to new reports.

In his press statement in PR Newswire, Lecrae said that the tour allowed him to be involved and inspire some of the most impactful and influential leaders of tomorrow. He added that college was where many of the "world-changing" thoughts and ideas were birthed.

For Lecrae, he wanted his music and his message to help inspire such ideas.

The "Higher Learning Tour" is set to visit more than 30 college campuses and towns across the country, as per the publication. The areas are located North America and they include Canada, Georgia, Texas, New York, and California, among others.

Lecrae is an American Christian hip hop artist, songwriter, actor, and record producer. He is known for his songs, including "Background" in 2010, "Welcome to America" in 2012, and "Say I Won't" "Tell the World," and "All I Need Is You" in 2014.

As an influential rapper and hit-maker, Lecrae has made his name in various music charts, selling more than 1.7 million albums to date. He was able to sell over 325,000 copies of "Anomaly," his most recent top debut album on the Billboard 200 Album Chart, particularly, Gospel, Christian, Rap, and Digital album charts.

A known Christian singer, Lecrae's name joins big names in the music industry, including Kendrick Lamar, Childish Gambino, Drake, and Eminem. In fact, Lecrae was also nominated for the coveted Best Rap Performance accolade, along with the aforementioned music icons.

The "Higher Learning Tour" hits stores on Jan. 15, according to Examiner. The tour commences in Amarillo, Texas and features various guests including Liz Vice, Swoope, Propaganda, and DJ Promote, on Feb. 9.
