Lauren Daigle Label Centricity Music Has Most Successful Year

With its new milestones and talented array of artists, Centricity Music is currently having the most wonderful time of the year.

"How Can It Be" singer Lauren Daigle is one of the major highlights for Centricity Music this year, according to the official Centricity Music website. According to the publication, Daigle got her first ever Grammy Awards nomination for "Best Contemporary Christian Music Album."

Aside from the nomination, Daigle also won three Dove Awards for "New Artist of the Year" and "Song of the Year." Her album song title, "How Can It Be," was also awarded as the "Pop/Contemporary Song of the Year" and a K-LOVE accolade for "Worship Song of the Year."

"How Can It Be" also ranked first on Billbord Top Christian Albums Chart and the current single "First" also ranked first for three straight weeks on Billboard National Christian Audience Chart (NCA).

Daigle also appeared in the song "Noel" in Chris Tomlin's "Adore" Christmas album, along with a tour. Aside from Tomlin, Daigle also toured with Casting Big Daddy Weave, Casting Crowns, Crowder, Outcry Tour (Hillsong United) and performed in front over more than half a million people.

According to The Advertiser, Daigle's story is designed for an inspirational publication, as her life story has been uplifting to many people. The artist grew up and spent her life surrounded by music. In fact, her mother gave their house a nickname "The Music Box," since Daigle always sang.

Daigle was challenged when she turned 15, as she suffered with immune system deficiency. She had to drop out of high school and remain at home for two years. Being confined at home for such a long span of time could have been devastating for a teenager; however, time proved that there is mercy to people with fear of the Lord.

At present, Daigle's fans tell her on Facebook that her songs helped lift them from infirmity and darkest hours.
