For years, Laura Story has been sharing beautiful truths from her life through her chart-topping songs. In 2012, she became an author with a 30-day devotional, 'What if Your Blessings Come Through Raindrops? 'Story also writes to her fan base using her blog.

Mother-of-three Story, who gave birth to twins less than a year ago, has revealed that she will be writing a new memoir, forthcoming in September through Thomas Nelson Press. The subject? Finding a stronger faith in the face of her husband, Martin's, brain tumor diagnosis.

This theme is sure to resonate well with Laura's fan base, many of whom will recognize the idea of finding Jesus in heartbreak and disappointment from lyrics in Story's songs.

Titled When God Doesn't Fix It, the book will explore how Laura and her family have dealt with Martin's incurable tumor and the complications that have come along with it. Of course, being written by Laura Story, the book will incorporate themes of healing and grace despite adversity. When God Doesn't Fix It will use Biblical examples mixed with Laura's real-life events to give readers a firsthand account of the redemptive power of brokenness.

When God Doesn't Fix It is scheduled to be released on September 15th. It is available for pre-order on Amazon.com. For more information, visit the LauraStoryMusic website.
