It is official, Brian 'Head' Welch's will be reuniting with Korn for their 2013 U.S. Headlining Tour.  Welch, Korn's original guitarist, left the band in 2004 when he became a Christian and wanted to change his lifestyle and spend more time with his daughter.  The relationship between Welch and the rest of the band were shaky for years, but over time they have mended their relationships and 'Head' even came out and joined them for a song at a show last year.  

There have been rumors and speculation recently by Korn fans that maybe Welch would reunite with his former band, but no one really held out too much hope as Brian has a new band and other projects going on.  However, official word recently has given the fans new excitement as new tour dates with Welch on guitar are going to happen.   

Korn recently announced that Brian 'Head' Welch would be joining them for a number of European festival dates this summer, along with U.S. festival gigs at Rock on the Range in Ohio, Rocklahoma in Oklahoma, and Rock Fest in Wisconsin.

"We're taking it slow," Head told Loudwire during our recent interview with the guitarist. "I'm just saying anything is possible right now ... As far as right now, it's all good. It's all good and I've never seen my family so positive and healthy and happy." Head capped his thoughts on a possible permanent reunion with Korn by offering the line, "Hearts change, and reconciliation is now."
